Before any cutting or polishing begins, our team carefully organizes incoming stone blocks and slabs. Each material is sorted by type, thickness, and surface characteristics. For example, Beige marble and Egyptian Beige marble are kept separate from grey granite and other granite varieties to avoid mixing.
Slabs are laid out on heavy-duty A-frames in clearly marked zones.
Workers check each piece for natural cracks or surface unevenness.
This arrangement system allows us to quickly locate specific materials for custom orders – whether a client needs consistent Beige marble for a memorial project or durable granite for high-traffic applications.

2. Stone Processing Machinery in Action – Precision Cutting & Shaping
Once the slabs are arranged and selected, they move to the processing line. Our factory uses modern machinery for cutting, shaping, and profiling.
Multi-blade block cutters slice large granite and marble blocks into uniform slabs.
For Beige marble and Egyptian Beige marble, we adjust blade speed to protect the stone’s delicate veining.
Edge profiling machines create clean, consistent edges for tombstone components.
The video clearly shows the machines running – blades spinning, water cooling the cut surfaces, and slabs moving steadily along rollers. Whether it is grey granite or Beige marble, our equipment handles each stone type with the appropriate settings. This stage transforms rough blocks into flat, usable slabs ready for surface finishing.
3. Polishing Process – Bringing Out the Natural Beauty
Polishing is where stone reveals its true character. Our automatic polishing lines use sequential abrasive heads – from coarse to fine grit – to achieve a smooth, reflective surface.
Granite and grey granite are polished with diamond abrasives to reach a high-gloss finish.
Marble, including Beige marble and Egyptian Beige marble, receives a slightly different polish cycle to enhance its natural warmth without over-shining.
Workers constantly monitor slab surface temperature and gloss levels, adjusting machine parameters as needed.
In the video, you will see slabs moving under polishing heads, water spraying to reduce dust, and finished pieces emerging with a uniform sheen. A properly polished Egyptian Beige marble slab, for example, offers both elegance and durability – ideal for memorial products. The same line can switch to grey granite or other granite types within minutes, thanks to our flexible setup.
4. Final Inspection & Packing – Ready for Global Shipment
After polishing, every slab undergoes final inspection under natural and artificial light.
Workers check for color consistency, polish uniformity, and any hidden defects.
For mixed orders (e.g., Beige marble with grey granite), we ensure each piece matches the agreed sample.
Marble and granite slabs are then packed in sturdy, export-ready bundles with edge protectors and waterproof wrapping.
